Pilot Connect
ConnectEvery request from your website form lands in one list, with a clock showing how long each one has been waiting.
“I stop losing things.”
Operations software for small service businesses
REGRA Pilot puts the requests from your website, your quotes, your schedule and your invoices in one place — so nothing waits on somebody remembering it.

One connected platform
Most tools stop at the lead, the booking or the invoice. REGRA Pilot keeps the whole path connected — and the seams are exactly where money usually disappears.

Every request from your website form lands in one list, with a clock showing how long each one has been waiting.
“I stop losing things.”

A quote with your logo, your colour and your line items, at a private link. The customer accepts it with one tap.
“I look like a bigger company.”

From interest to yes — and then to the next yes. Every opportunity has a next step and an owner.
“I know where everyone stopped.”

Time, crew and confirmation in one place. Your team records confirmations and updates appointment times.
“I can see and organize my week.”

Quote, invoice and payment without switching tools — and without asking three times.
“I get paid without chasing.”

The numbers, the charts and the short list of what needs a move today — the first screen after you sign in.
“I can see my business.”
How it works
Each screen exists because something was falling through a gap there: a request nobody answered, a quote never sent, an invoice nobody chased.
A form on your site turns every request into a record with a name, a service and a clock. Nothing lives only in somebody’s head or on one person’s phone.

Every request lands against a person, not a row. The same phone or email never becomes two records, and the whole history — what they asked for, what you quoted, what they paid — sits on one page.

Every opportunity in a clear pipeline, with the next step defined and an owner. And when the job is done the customer doesn't become history — they move into the queue for rebooking, reviews and referrals.

Your logo, your colour, your line items and your own payment instructions, at a private web address. The customer opens it on the phone and accepts with one tap — and the acceptance is recorded with name, date and time.

Calendar, crew and customer on the same page. Record confirmations and reschedule appointments in the panel. Automatic reminders are not available yet.

Boards, columns and cards for what happens between the signature and the last day on site. It brings your Trello boards across, so nobody starts over.

From quote to payment without switching tools. And without the awkwardness of asking three times.

Every dollar in and out, month by month, with the cards and the bank balances beside it. A paid invoice lands here on its own, tied to the customer and the job it came from — so "did this job make money?" is a question you can answer.

Not another dashboard full of charts. A short list: these three customers will slip away if no one talks to them today.

On your website
No new address to send people to, and nothing for them to install. Pick whichever of the three fits your site — every request lands in Connect the same way, with the page it came from attached.

One line of code before the end of your page. A bubble sits in the corner of every page, and each request tells you which page the person was reading when they asked.

Your own short address. Put it on a button, in a bio, in a text message, or on a printed card. Nothing to install on the site at all.

Paste it where you want it and the form appears in your own layout, growing to fit so it never shows an inner scrollbar. Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and plain HTML.
On the phone
No App Store. No download. Nothing to install. Open the panel on your phone once and add it to the home screen — the Pilot icon lands next to your other apps.
From then on it opens like an app: full screen, no address bar, straight into your day. Same panel, same data as the computer, already signed in.
It is the panel itself wearing an icon — not a store app. It needs internet to work, and the alerts keep arriving where they already do: WhatsApp and email.
Who it's for
Salons · aesthetics · clinics · consulting
A full calendar is only half the job. The other half is the client who never confirmed, the slot that opened up, and the person who hasn't come back in four months.
Agencies · architecture · construction · professional services
Between the signed proposal and the final payment there are a lot of people waiting on an answer. That's where clients go cold.
Maintenance · installation · cleaning · repair
Your crew is out on the road, the phone rings, and someone needs to know who's going, when they arrive, and whether it's been invoiced.
Pricing
No tiers to choose between and no charge per person. Any screen you do not want can be switched off for your account, and switching one off never deletes anything — turn it back on and your data is exactly where you left it.
or $790 a year — two months freeNo charge per user. Add your whole team.
From the first request to the invoice being paid. Every screen, and everyone on your team — we do not charge per person.
Prices in US dollars. No setup fee, no contract and no minimum — cancel any month you like. What your own customers pay you never passes through us and we take no share of it. Full terms in the service agreement.
What each module does
The numbers, the charts, and the short list of what needs a move today.
Every request in one list, with a clock showing how long each one has waited.
The people behind the requests, with the history of each one — and the same phone or email never becomes two records.
The board from interest to yes, with the money still open in each column.
A request form that lives on your own site and drops straight into Connect.
Where the money comes from, how fast you answer, and what is stuck waiting for you.
A document with your logo and your colour that the customer accepts or declines with one tap, from the phone.
Your saved prices, so a quote is built by picking instead of typing.
The week ahead: which job, who is doing it, and whether the customer confirmed.
Invoices, what has been paid, and what is overdue.
Boards, columns and cards for the work after the yes — and it brings your Trello boards across.
What came in and what went out each month, with cards and bank balances — and a second currency if you also earn abroad.
Questions
One thing, and only if you switch it on: an automatic acknowledgement to whoever fills in your form, with wording you write. Everything else — quotes, invoices, answers — you send yourself.
No, and today it could not replace them even if you wanted: it does not read your calendar or your accounting. It is the place where the work between a request and a paid invoice lives.
One plan: $79 a month, or $790 a year with two months free. Every screen, no charge per user. That is the founding price and it stays locked for as long as you stay with us. No setup fee and no minimum. The monthly plan you cancel any month you like; the yearly one we refund for the months you did not use.
It is live and in daily use, and it is early. Twelve screens are built and working: Dashboard, Connect, Customers, Pipeline, Website form, Reports, Quotes, Price book, Schedule, Billing, Projects and Cash flow. Two are not: the AI Reply and the Automations. You are reading that here rather than finding it out after you paid.
No. It runs in the browser, on any device. The request form is one line of code you paste on your own site — or simply a link you can send by message, if you would rather not touch the site at all.
Yes. The panel adapts to the phone, and the quote your customer receives is built to be read and accepted with one tap from the phone — which is where most of them will open it.
No. They get a private link, open it, and accept or decline. No account, no password, nothing to install.
No. Before creating anyone new, Customers checks the phone and the email that are already there. The second request joins the person who already exists, so the whole history stays in one place instead of splitting in two.
Yes, any month. There is one plan and it brings everything, but each screen is a switch of its own: if your business does not use one, we turn it off and it stops appearing. That hides the screen and closes the door on the server, and deletes nothing — switch it back on and your data is exactly where you left it. The price does not change either way.
We refund the months you did not use. You paid for twelve, you leave in the fourth, we return the eight — no argument and no form to fill in. We ask for the year because it lets us bill you once instead of twelve times, not to trap you in a product you stopped wanting.
The panel is in English. This site is in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and so is the support you get from us. The quote your customer receives carries the text you write, in whatever language you write it.
