This policy explains what happens to personal information in connection with regrapilot.com. We wrote it to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
REGRA Pilot is a product of REGRA Digital Business, which operates in Brazil as REGRA Negócios Digitais. You can reach us at hello@regrapilot.com.
What this policy covers — and what it does not
This policy covers this website: regrapilot.com.
It does not cover the data a business customer stores inside the REGRA Pilot platform. There, the business is the controller of its own customers' information and we act on its instructions, under a separate written agreement. If you are the customer of a business that uses REGRA Pilot and you want your data corrected or deleted, please contact that business directly — and if you contact us instead, we will pass your request on to them.
What we collect on this website
Nothing, by default
This site has no contact form, no account creation and no chat. Simply reading it does not create a record with us. The only thing stored on your device is your cookie choice, described in the Cookie Policy.
If you contact us
When you click the WhatsApp button and send a message, we receive what any recipient of a message receives: your phone number, the name shown on your WhatsApp profile, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and, if a working relationship starts, to keep a record of that conversation.
If you accept analytics or advertising cookies
Only then, and only after you accept, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may collect technical information such as your approximate location, device, browser and the pages you viewed. See the Cookie Policy for detail.
Why we may process your information
- To answer you. When you reach out, we process your message to reply. Legal basis: your request, and our legitimate interest in responding.
- To improve the site and reach the right people. Analytics and advertising. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep records we are required to keep. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations.
Who else sees it
- Hostinger hosts this website and processes server logs on our behalf.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries any conversation you start with us there.
- Google serves the typefaces and, with your consent, the analytics.
- Meta receives advertising measurement data, with your consent.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where your information goes
The providers above operate servers outside Brazil, including in the United States and the European Union. Where information crosses borders, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under applicable law.
How long we keep it
Conversations that do not become a working relationship: up to 24 months. Records tied to a contract: for the term of the contract plus the period the law requires us to keep them. Analytics data: as stated in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to confirm what we hold, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or move it elsewhere. You can also withdraw consent for cookies at any time, without affecting what happened before.
Write to hello@regrapilot.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law gives us. If you are in Brazil and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the ANPD.
Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if something happens that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
This site and the REGRA Pilot platform are for businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
